As a vendor, I have been invited to register with VIVE by an existing management company I service. But what is required and how will it benefit my business going forward?
First, you will be asked to provide basic business information like corporate contact information, insurance agency information, trade licenses, and other pertinent compliance material for the company. Next, you will pay a nominal annual fee and submit your information for approval. Then, once VIVE verifies your information, you’ll be given a VIVE approval ensuring you have met the management company’s list of requirements.
Once you become approved with VIVE, you will have access to a number of great vendor benefits. Your business will be listed within your VIVE Management companies Vendor list providing easy access to your business by a simple search and find function. This available access enhances your visibility with your VIVE Management companies by informing them of all the services your firm provides. This access means your business will be eligible to receive electronic Requests for Proposal – or RFP’s – from the management companies with whom you register who utilize VIVE. You will be given the tools to market your business including links to your web site for advertising, as well as to your social networking links.
