Markets Morning Daily Video August 13 2019

The struggle in Hong Kong really got traders attention Monday and put an exclamation point on how intractable teh trade talks have become. It has also served to highlight how circumstance can sometimes overtake the events as planned by the protagonists.

So risk was off and safe havens bid.
